For a one off fixed fee Key Locations will market your property
to our large client register and also prospective clients via our extensive
press and internet marketing campaigns.
we will carry out in-depth credit and reference checks on any prospective tenants.
Tenancy agreement and legal documentation:
On your acceptance of a suitable tenant we will draw up all relevant documentation including; tenancy agreement, guarantor’s agreement (if required) standing order forms etc.
We will also undertake to inform the Utility companies and the Council of change of occupancy and provide them with meter readings.
Property inventory:
We will provide all parties with detailed records of the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy.
FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE
In addition to the tenant introduction service we will undertake to ensure the smooth running of the tenancy. Our experienced team will be on hand to answer any questions and resolve any problems which may arise and keep the process as stress free as possible for you.

Collection of the security deposit which we will then lodge with the Deposit Protection Service.
